Gusto mo Mag-Succeed sa pagiging networker mo? 

Ang magtataho, walang paki alam yan kung bibili ka o hindi. Pero kahit hindi ka bumili.. bakit pag dating ng hapon ubos na ung paninda? 

Kasi kahit na maraming hindi bumibili sa kanya. MERON at MERON parin bibili. Ano ba ginagawa ng magtataho? Nag coconvince ba? HINDI di ba? :) ISINISIGAW nya lang ang paninda nya. INTERESADO mismo lalapit. wala siyang paki-alam kung bibili ka o hindi. basta ang sa kanya lang. ISISIGAW nya ang paninda nya para malaman ng mga tao. Sa madaling salita nag IINFORM lang sya.

Partners, hindi natin kailangan mag convince ng tao para sumali. Sa MANIWALA kayo o sa HINDI. NEVER ako nag convince ng tao. Alam yan ng mga nainvites ko. Simple lang. araw-araw ko kinakalat ang online business ko. araw araw ako nag iinform ng tao. WALA AKO PAKI ALAM kung AYAW NILA PANOORIN ang VIDEO or kung AYAW NILA MANIWALA. ang sa akin lang. MAG IINFORM lang ako ng MAG IINFORM hanggang sa lapitan mismo ng mga interesado.

Wala ka mainvite? Tanungin mo sarili mo. :)  Marami ka na ba na inform? Ang magtataho sisigaw yan sa buong kalsada. minsan sa buong kalsada na yun WALANG BUMIBILI. Pero nauubos pa rin ang paninda. Nabubuhay niya ang pamilya nya.

Networker’s True Story

Nagkita kami ng isang kaibigan. Isa siyang empleyado sa isang sikat na kumpanya sa Makati. Sobrang negative nya sa networking kaya lagi nya ako inaasar sa tuwing magkikita kami.

Sa pagkakataon ito, tinanong nya ko. “Kumusta pare, 2 taon ka nang nagne-networking ah. Akala ko ba payaman jan? Bakit wala ka pa rin kotse?” Sabay tawa. :D Sagot ko naman, “Pare, may proseso kasi ang lahat ng bagay. Dadating din yun time ko para makabili nyan.” Sabay ngiti. :)



Bumanat na naman ang kaibigan ko. “Inaaksaya mo lang oras mo jan pare. 2 taon ka na jan eh.”Ako naman ang nagtanong para makabawi. “Hindi naman nasasayang oras ko pare, malapit lapit na din ako makabili ng kotse ko. Tanong ko lang pare, ilan taon ka na nagtatrabaho jan sa kumpanya mo?”

Sumagot ang kaibigan ko. “8 taon na ko pare, mapro-promote na nga ako eh.”Nag-tanong ako ulit. “8 taon ka na pare? Hindi kaya ikaw ang nag-aaksaya ng oras jan? Tagal mo na jan bakit wala ka pa rin kotse?” Sabay ngiti. :)

At ito pa, may isa pa kaong ikukwento :)

Meron akong kilala na super negative sa networking. Sabi niya tigilan ko na daw kaka post nakakasawa na daw kasi paulit ulit. Ayaw niya daw sa networking kasi kumikita daw sa pera ng iba. Eto pa ang baba daw ng tingin niya sa mga networkers parang mga low class daw. Maghanap na lang daw ako ng totoong trabaho. Reply ko lang is "ok i respect your opinion". Ayaw ko kasi maki debate sa mga negative kasi masasayang lang oras ko sa kanila.

One time habang traffic at maulan sa labas nakita ko siya. Ang porma naka longsleeves and tie talagang dress to kill mukhang papasok ata sa work. Kaso lang ayun nag aantay ng jeep sa waiting shed. Sabi ko sa sarili ko habang nasa loob ako ng kotse, "Low class pala kami ha ikaw nga nagcocommute."

**Hindi ko minamaliit ang mga empleyado. Ang sakin lang kung bibitaw ka ng masasakit na salita sa kapwa mo eh tingin ka muna sa sarili mo. Kaya ako wala akong paki sa sasabihin ng iba. I’m a proud networker. Network marketing is a multi billion dollar industry. Kung hindi mo ma accept or ma grasp ang network marketing concept then you sir are IGNORANT.

Nakakapag taka naman talaga ‘di ba? Post ka ng post sa FB pero parang walang nag i-inquire sa'yo. Nagpost ka na ng sandamakmak na links, kung ano anong mga pictures, etc. pero parang walang nakaka-kita...

Facebook ay di na kagaya dati na basta magpost ka sa wall mo, lahat ng friends mo ay makikita yung post mo. Dati kasi simple lang, kung gaano kadami yung friends mo, basta may ipost ka sa wall mo, kita lahat yun ng mga friends mo.

Pero ngayon ‘Di na ganun ang FB. Ang dami kasing nag abuse ng ganung feature ng FB. Ang nangyari post lang ng post ang mga tao ng ads. Can imagine na lahat ng nakikita mo sa News Feed mo ay puros ads lang? Kabwusit di ba? Baka hindi ka na mag log in sa facebook kasi puros ads na lang ang nakikita mo..

People don't like ads, Isipin mo na lang pag nanunuod ka ng TV di ba badtrip pag comercial. Ang wish mo sana wala na lang comercial puros yung paborito mong show, story, movie na lang ang napapanuod mo?

Facebook wants to keep their users and members happy all the time and this is why gumawa sila ng paraan,facebook simply change their rules.

Ngayon kapag nag post ka sa wall mo, ang mga makakakita nalang nun ay yung mga tao na lagi kang may interaction, yung mga tao na lagi mong kachat, yung mga tao na naglike, nagcomment or nag-share ng mga pinopost mo.

Eto ang problema... kapag ang ginagawa mo lang ay mag post lang ng mag post sa facebook wall mo ng links, ads, etc... pero di ka gaanong nakikipag interact sa mga friends mo, most likely kaunti lang ang mga tao na makakakita ng mga posts mo.

Pansinin mo yung News feeds at Notifications mo, ang mga madalas na nakikita mo lang ay yung mga post ng mga taong palagi mong kachat or mga latest mong ka-interact.

Kaya kung gusto mo na magamit ang facebook ng mas effective sa i’yong business,
Go for interaction and engagement.

Kaylangan ang goal mo everytime na magpopost ka sa FB ay madaming mag like, magsahre or magcomment dun sa pinost mo. Paano natin gagawin yun?

Ngayon na alam mo nang people don’t like ads di ba? So ano ang ipopost mo ngayon? Anong gagawin natin para mas maging effective ang pag market mo sa facebook.

Kaylangan malaman muna natin saan bang mga bagay nagiging interesado ang mga tao. Ano ba yung mga post na madalas nilang i-like, i-share at lagyan ng comment.

Here’s What I found out... ang mga tao ay mas nag i-interact sa 4E’s. Ano yung 4 E’s na yun?

Kahit Video, Picture or text man yan, bastat yan ay Empowering, Educational, Entertaining at Enlightening. People will love it and interact with your posts.

Ang tanong, saan ko naman ipopost yung opportunity or link ko. Paano ko ipopromote yung opportunity natin? Or yung Website at Ads ko?

Here’s the answer... Make sure to balance your facebook post using 60-80% more about your personal life or something na pasok sa 4E’s , at 20-40% naman about our business.

For example, kung ngayong araw na to ay limang na beses kang mag popost sa wall mo, Pwedeng yung 3 or 4 na post ay something na tungkol sa personal life mo at something na pasok sa 4E’s. And then yung 1 or 2 na post mo ay something about our business. Another tip is use image a lot sa mga posts mo, It increase interaction dramatically.

Ninja Marketing... Ayos sa pangalan di ba? Pwede din naman na kahit yung post mo ay something about your personal life or something Empowering, Educational, Entertaining at Enlightening... maaari ka pading mag lagay ng link papunta sa website/squeeze page mo. I do this a lot and It is very effective for me.

For example pwede kang mag post ng something na educational. Halimbawa ay tungkol sa financial education, business in general, about entrepreneurship, pero sa dulo nung post mo ay may nakalagay na link mo. Kapag nagustuhan ng tao yung post mo guess what? They will click your link and they will share your post kasama yung link mo and it can became Viral.

Kaya tinawag na Ninja Facebook Marketing kasi yung posts mo ay hindi mukang Ads pero Ads talaga sya.  Nag popromote ka pero parang ang dating ay nagshashare ka lang ng mga valuable content.

Additional Tips:

Add friends in a consistent basis: Now hindi ko ire-recommend na mag add ka lang ng mag add ng mga random friends. Add targeted friends. You can visit Group pages na dedicated for positive minded people. Group pages of Network Marketers, About Success, Etc.

WARNING: Pag nag add ka ng madaming friends ay pwedeng ma suspend ang account mo. What I recommend is consistently add new friends daily but in random quantity. For example today add 5, tomorrow ad 3, The day after tomorrow add 8, etc.

Join groups in your niche: you will meet a lot of people with same mindset by joining groups na related sa MLM, network marketing, Entrepreneurship, Positive Minded, etc.
The members of those Groups ang best prospect to tap.

Increase Engagement: Chat a lot, interact in groups, make your posts likeable.
In your posts, ask people to like, share like or comment to your posts (ex: share or like if you agree, share or like if you like this, etc.). I also found out na people are more interested in people lives, So make sure to share what is happening with you. San ka nagpupunta, anong mga nangyari sa yo sa araw na ‘to. Etc.

Use a friendly/Presentable/Smiling Profile Picture/Professional Cover Photo: Kapag may ka-chat ka sa facebook, they look a lot sa profile pics mo at cover photo sa FB, at kung ano yung picture na nakalagay dun gives them some immediate impression habang nakikipag chat sayo.

Just Imagine yung nagiging impression mo tuwing may ka chat ka sa facebook tapos ang profile pic nya ay nakasimangot. O kaya naman nakatalikod. O kaya Logo or Letter. Cartoon character.

Clean your wall: Delete all ugly and unwanted posts na nasa wall mo, Ex: Ads ng iba, Picture na tinag sayo ng mga spammers, Games, Apps invitation, etc.

Natuto kang maglakad sa pamamagitan ng ilang ulit na pagkadapa, at pagkatumba hanggang makuha mo ang tamang 'timpla' at hayun isang araw eh marunong ka na maglakad. Dati rati limitado ka lang sa paggapang sa kama o sa kuna, pero ngayon mabilis ka pa sa kabayo kung tumakbo! Nalampasan mo ang limitasyon mo sa paggapang.

Marunong ka ba mag-bisikleta? Kung oo, paano ka natuto mag-bisikleta? Siguro maraming beses ka din natumba, nadapa, at kung minsan may gasgas ka pa sa tuhod o sa siko. Pero hindi ka sumuko. Sinubukan mo pa rin. Hayun, isang araw marunong ka na mag-bisikleta. Nalampasan mo ang limitasyon mo sa paglalakad.

Marunong ka ba magpatakbo ng motorsiklo o mag-drive ng kotse? Kung oo, paano ka natuto magmaneho? Siguro may ilang ulit ka ding namatayan ng makina o kaya napabigla sa pag-apak (kotse) o pagpihit (motorsiklo) sa silinyador? May mga pagkakataon ka pa siguro na akala mo mababangga ka ng kasalubong mo sa kalsada o kaya naman eh 'nadaplisan' mo ang nakasalubong mo at nakaramdam ka ng takot. Pero anong ginawa mo? Hindi ka sumuko. Ipinagpatuloy mo pa din. Isang araw marunong ka na magmaneho ng kotse o ng motorsiklo. Nalampasan mo ang limitasyon mo sa pagbibisikleta.

Maitanong ko lang, bakit mo ginawa ang mga iyon? Bakit sinusubukan mong lampasan ang iyong mga limitasyon? Pwede ka naman sanang komportable lang na nakahiga sa kuna o sa kama at hindi ka na nadapa sa kakasubok mo para matuto maglakad? Pwede ka naman sana maglakad na lang at hindi ka na sumubok mag-bisikleta para hindi ka na nagasgasan? Pwede ka naman sana mag-bisikleta na lang at hindi ka na sumubok magmaneho ng motorsiklo o ng kotse para hindi ka na nakaramdam ng ganoong takot habang nasa kalye at maraming mabibilis na sasakyan kang makakasalubong?

Ah alam ko na. Siguro kaya mo ginawa ang mga iyon kase nakita mo ang 'benefits' nito sa iyo at marahil nakita mo din ang 'freedom' o excitement na nararamdaman ng ibang taong gumagawa nito? At dahil natutunan mo at nalampasan ang iyong mga limitasyon eh mas marami kang nagagawa at mas malayo ang iyong nararating.

Pero alam mo ba sa "kasamaang-palad", habang tumatanda tayo ay mas lumiliit ang pagkakataon na i-test natin ang ating mga limitasyon. Dahil sa takot na itinuturo sa atin at minsan dahil na rin sa mga insecurities na nabubuo sa atin dahil sa impluwensiya ng mga taong nakakasama at nakakahalubilo natin, hayun nililimitahan natin ang sarili natin.  Let me ask you a Question: How is it that some people earn fabulous sums of money working only part time or even less, while most people spend more than a third of their time working and still barely have enough to scrape by???

If You Are an Employee, You Are Trading Your TIME FOR MONEY. This is obviously fine for earning a living, but it is not ok for anyone who wants to build wealth. Why? Because in order to build wealth you cannot have a limit on your income, but anytime you trade your time to earn a paycheck, you are greatly limiting your earning potential.

But business owners are not limited because they understand the power of leveraged income. They know that in order to earn a massive amount of money, they need to increase their leverage. They do this by utilizing employees to bring money into the business while paying them less than the value that they create.

There are other ways to leverage yourself so that you earn money is a much more effective fashion. Network marketing is great examples. Everyone knows that network marketers can earn six or even seven figure incomes yearly, and the answer is LEVERAGE.

You can also leverage your income by using new technology. For example, the internet has created many new vehicles for wealth. My favorite way to leverage my income online is to create websites that generate profits.

Making your own website, in my humble opinion, is better than having an employee because websites never sleep, they never get tired, and they can work and earn money for your around the clock. With a profitable website, you can earn more with little or no work. That is what I call leverage!!

But no matter what path you take, just remember that the power of leveraged incomes can give you the power to rise above the mediocrity that most people experience throughout their lives. Find ways to leverage your time, effort, and income so that you can enjoy earning huge sums of money and still have plenty of time and energy to live life to the fullest.

Of course. Many thousands of people do. You might have friends or family members who make a living with a home-based Internet business already.
